Promoter:

  • The Promoter of this prize draw (the “VIP Prize Draw”) is MINISTRY OF SOUND LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (with company number 02736122) whose registered office is at 103 Gaunt Street, Southwark, London, SE1 6DP.

Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to anybody aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, companies related to the Promoter and any suppliers of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

How to Enter

  • The following methods of entry are available to participants. Participants may only enter the prize draw once using one of the following methods.
  • Email entry:
  • All active subscribers to the Promoter’s mailing list as at the end of the Entry Period shall be entered into the VIP Prize Draw (including existing subscribers).
  • To subscribe to the Promoter’s mailing list entrants must subscribe to the Promotor’s mailing list via the mailing list sign-up form on the Promoter’s website: https://www.ministryofsound.com/
  • An active subscription to the Promoter’s mailing list counts as one entry. Participants may not enter more than once and cancellation of a subscription to the Promoter’s mailing list followed by a re-subscription of that same email address during the Entry Period will not count as an additional entry.
  • An active subscription to the Promoter’s mailing list must remain in place at the end of the Entry Period to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
  • Postal entry:
  • Participants may also to enter a VIP Prize Draw by post by sending your full name, mobile number, email address, country of residence and date of birth with the reference Ministry of Sound – VIP Prize Draw to the Promoter at the following address: Ministry of Sound – VIP Prize Draw, Ministry of Sound, 103 Gaunt Street, Southwark, London, SE1 6DP.
  • Each postal entry counts as one entry into the VIP Prize Draw. Entries received following the deadline for the final VIP Prize Draw shall be discounted and ineligible for entry. Existing subscribers to the mailing list may not also enter by post.

Entry Period

  • The entry period closes on 31 May 2024 at 5pm (BST) and all entries must be received by this time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  • If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when subscribing to the Promoter’s mailing list, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for failed subscriptions and any failed subscriptions will not be considered valid for entry into the VIP Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete.

Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 3 June 2024 (the “Draw Date”).

Prize

  • The winner of the VIP Prize Draw will receive 2 x VIP passes for Ministry of Sound nightclub, SE1 for the period 15 June 2024 – 14 June 2025, which is inclusive of:
  • Entry to the club for eligible events
  • Queue jump
  • Access to VIP bar and standing area
  • 1 welcome drink per VIP pass per event
  • The VIP passes entitle the holder to entry for Ministry of Sound branded events taking place at Ministry of Sound nightclub, SE1. Any events taking place on New Years Day Eve are excluded as are events that are promoted by an external promotor. A list of eligible events will be provided on request. The VIP passes do not entitle the holder to a table in the VIP area.
  • The winner must select a guest with whom to redeem the prize with and a VIP pass will be provided to the winner and their chosen guest. Guest must be aged 18 years or over. The winner must redeem their prize by visiting Ministry of Sound nightclub, SE1 with their chosen guest to collect their VIP pass photocard. A VIP pass is non-transferrable and once issued will not be re-issued.
  • The prize is awarded subject to the Promoter’s terms and conditions of entry ([https://www.ministryofsound.com/terms]) which the winner and its guest must comply with.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Notification

  • The winner of the VIP Prize Draw will be notified by email within 48 hours of the Draw Date.
  • If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the VIP Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Other terms

  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the first name, surname initial and county of prize winners when announcing winners and will also provide this to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Ministry of Sound – VIP Prize Draw, Ministry of Sound, 103 Gaunt Street, Southwark, London, SE1 6DP (enclosing a self-addressed envelope and requesting this information) requesting such information within one month after the closing date for the Entry Period as set out above.
  • If you object to any or all of your information being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://www.ministryofsound.com/privacy/. See also condition 022 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  • These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any  entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
