After an astonishing ten year(!) absence, Secretsundaze returns to the Ministry of Sound courtyard this Saturday. The last time they brought their eccentric brand of dancefloor goodness to SE1 they treated us to a headline set from none other than Nina Kraviz, so we can't wait to be reunited with them again.

Coming off the back of an incredibly tough 16 months for electronic music, we asked the Secretsundaze team to put together a playlist of tracks precision-engineered for the dancefloor. Enjoy!

K-Hand – "Candle Lights" (Acacia)

Classic K-Hand joint that will never get old. Love and eternal respect to the First Lady of Detroit!

ST4TA – "Aspects" (Brownswood)

Gilles Peterson and Bluey from Incognito – what else do you need to know?

Russell EL Butler - "I haven't Been OK For A Long Time" (Self Release)

Killer deep, atmospheric bomb from a few years back.

Zeigeist Freedom Energy Exchange - "Kreuzberg Kix" (Secrersundaze)

A recent fave from our camp! ZFEX with Ge-ology on the remix.

Tendelonius – "TEK-88" (Dennis Ayler Music)

Atmospheric drum machine funk. Sublime.

Grand High Priestess - "Mary Mary" (WeZe Records)

Dance floor destroyer! This one used get rinsed at Plastic People. Sampling Aretha Frankin of course.

Ignition – "Love is War" (Chickem Lips Remix)

Classic Secretsundaze peak time tackle.

Ron Trent & Manoo – "The Sound"

Always gotta be at least one RT in a Secretsundaze playlist. Knocked this one out the park. Standard. Only a sample of the track here, You also got the wonderful Clara Bajado dancing in this video.

Paul Johnson – "Hear The Music"

Would be impossible not to include a Paul Johnson track here. RIP. What a loss. This is of course the classic released on Peace Frog that Daft Punk famously opened their Essential Mix with back in 97.

Secretsundaze – "DMDU"

Something from ourselves from last year. Late night heads down action.
