Christmaaaas tiiime! Famed for mistletoe, wine and of course The Gallery’s Xmas party! Always one of our most anticipated event of the year, where the festive period hits full swing – and dancing to excess is highly encouraged. This year’s edition welcomes two very wise men, who appear on the same line-up for the first time in London. Not only is this a culmination for The Gallery’s ‘10 years in SE1’ celebrations, but also curated especially to thank fans for your unwavering support across 2018.
Ferry Corsten and special guest Sander Van Doorn will deliver separate performances stuffed with all the trimmings – that means plenty of classic Christmas carols with friends on the dancefloor both established and new. In this cute little stocking filler, each artist reveals their favourite track of the year gone by – and why it’s been specifically selected for Ministry of Sound.
FERRY CORSTEN: Eon - "Knocker"
Ferry Corsten: This is by far my favourite tune of 2018 because it's so different. It pushes the boundaries between Trance and what's beyond. So many tracks all sound the same nowadays, and Knocker really distinguished itself from those.
SANDER VAN DOORN: Frontliner - "I'm The Melodyman" (Sander van Doorn Remix)
Sander van Doorn: It’s a special one because I’m able to play this in my SvD sets but also in my Purple Haze sets too - and that makes it really special. Love the original one and I’m proud of what the remix has become.
Ferry and Sander will play the Gallery Christmas Party on Friday 21st December, get tickets and more info here.
