  • Tim Cullen

  • As with any top DJ these days, it’s hard to pigeon-hole someone into one specific sound/genre, but Tim’s sets would perhaps be best described as ‘chunky tech-house grooves, spliced with main room progressive house synths’. This warm, uplifting and energetic sound has earned him regular guest appearances at London’s biggest and most well-known clubs, from the legendary Ministry of Sound and Pacha through to sets abroad in Poland and Ibiza. With such an impressive catalogue of performances, he is often seen playing alongside many of the World’s most respected names, including Paul Oakenfold, Dave Spoon, Judge Jules, Jonathon Ulysses, Sister Bliss, Hybrid, Tom Neville, Luke Dzierzek, Audiojack, A Skillz, Sam Ball and D Ramirez. Tim has recently shown his diversity but taking to the air-waves. His weekly radio show on the legendary London station – Passion FM is going from strength to strength.   • Santero has been rocking dancefloors across Europe for well over a decade, carving a reputation as one of the most versatile party-starters in the business. Having shared the decks with everyone from Jazzy Jeff to Diplo to Annie Mac, in 2010 he entered his one and only DJ competition, gaining the votes of A-Trak & Kissy Sellout to win the UK Red Bull Thre3style title ahead of the likes of Oneman & Martelo. Now making waves in the production world, he is signed to Utah Saints’ Sugarbeat Records, as well as running his own label Weird Science, pushing his bass-heavy house sound, and gaining support from all corners of the DJing world, and recently even had a track featured on Riva Starr’s Snatch Records Best of 2012. Equally at home pushing the boundaries of modern house music as he is rolling back the years and scratching and juggling his way through old skool hip hop, Santero is a true DJ’s DJ, and a definite crowd-favourite.

  • As host of the Ministry of Sound Clubbers Guide radio show, Adam K displays his abundant talents as both a DJ and radio presenter. His professional approach and knowledge of dance music are second to none and as producer of the Kiss Breakfast Show, Adam has caused people to take notice of his skills.

    Travelling the length and breadth of the country as a Ministry of Sound Clubbers Guide DJ, week in and week out Adam plays the biggest tracks to the people that want to hear them. His understanding of the wider dance music scene allows Adam to seemlessly move from genre to genre without ever losing a beat.

  • Matt May - Ministry of Sound Tours Resident

  • Matt May has dedicated his life to music, playing his first gig at the tender age of 14 in his hometown of Birmingham and hasn’t stopped since. His impressive skills, track selection and ability to read a crowd have made him a firm favourite with club goers across the U.K.

    In 2011 he became a Ministry of Sound Tour DJ and hasn’t looked back, playing for various Ministry of Sound brands, including 90s Anthems and most recently on the new Clubbers guide 2013 tour.

    Over the years Matt has gained great insight into clubs and clubbing so when he plays a set he is more than just a DJ who just plays music, he works the crowd and raises the energy levels at every gig he does.

    2013 has started brightly for Matt and with more tour dates on the horizon things are going from strength to strength.



  • Nilesh Parmar - Ministry of Sound - Tours Resident

  • Nilesh Parmar is not new to this game, he has gone under a few identities in the past under different genres, such as Bass Slammers (Big Tunes Ignition/Dance Nation LIVE) and Static Shokx. 

    Under the sudo of Static Shokx they started production in Christmas 2006 with Alex Guadino’s Destination Calabria for Ministry of Sound. This was his first taste to start working with major labels and artists and he knew he had a lot to prove.

    Nilesh has been djing for Ministry of Sound Club Tours since 2005 and this has taken him across the country far and wide as well as Europe. He has played some pretty bigs events such as Radio 1’s One Big Weekend in Kent to playing to almost 30,000 people at the Manchester Evening Arena for Hard2Beat’s Dance Nation Live events.

    As a producer, he has landed on various compilations like the ‘Clubbers Guide’ CDs and has seen him work with artists like B.O.B, Example, Dizzee Rascal, Akon, Nalin & Kane, Iyaz, Time Takers and Kernkraft 440, just to name a few. He has also had major radio airplay on Radio One, Galaxy, Capital, RadioCity and KISS FM.

    His DJ and production style is tough electro, hands-up, mash-up style tracks. With this in mind, he has continued to remix for Ministry of Sound on a regular basis, only now in 2013 he will be remixing under his own name, so look out for them...

    Mixing two records is far more than what Nilesh and his Traktor S2 can do and we are sure you will enjoy his show...



  • R3WIRE - Ministry of Sound / UNITRASH - Tours Resident

  • R3WIRE is a creative DJ & Producer connecting with the underground through to the mainstream.

    His eclectic & energetic style of mixing has gained him respect within the EDM scene always leaving the crowd wanting more. Focusing around Progressive, Electro & House, R3WIRE has been known to switch-up sets with hints of Dubstep, Trap and D&B.

    With over 60 Ministry of Sound UK & International Tour dates, including 2 Hong Kong – Estonia – 3 Ministry of Sound Unitrash Tours last year, R3WIRE took 2012 by storm.

    He doesn’t intend on slowing down in 2013 with three more Unitrash Tours and several international Dates already booked in!

    This year has already seen 2 highly acclaimed releases (Take The Lead/Rave Out) from R3WIRE and with many more to come this year. R3WIRE is leaving his imprint on the scene as a well-respected producer too.

  • It takes a certain set of skills to become a Ministry of Sound resident DJ and in each of these departments Igor Project catches the eye. A charismatic and highly skilled DJ, Igor has been recognized globally for his technical abilities and selection prowess, winning, most notably, the 2011 Mixmag & Ministry of Sound DJ competition. Originally from Lisbon but now based in the UK, Igor is no stranger to the rigors of life as a well known and highly sought after DJ. Propelled by an ever expanding and impressive catalogue of tracks, Igor’s musical aptitude and innate DJ senses provide him with the perfect tools to create incredible room shaking house music.   • Joelle Atkins - Ministry of Sound - Tours Resident

  • Joelle Atkins is a talented D.J / producer who fell in love with electronic music like so many others on her first visit to Ibiza in 2002. Joelle's DJ career has gone from strength to strength and you will now find her associated with high class venues worldwide. Her name, now synonymous with upfront House Music, Joelle can play all styles from deep, vocal, tech, progressive, funk, techno, even chill-out; she’s a crowd pleaser who is certain to rock any dance floor - whatever the occasion.

    Over the last 2 years Joelle has held a residency at the ‘W Hotel’ in Doha and has played for numerous club nights worldwide with Ministry of Sound, seeing her travel to places such as India, Mauritius, Istanbul, Estonia and Abu Dhabi. Her ability to recognise music for the right occasion is something she thrives on and takes great pride and passion over. “Every gig I play is completely different” she says “and I love that, I enjoy playing all styles of house music to help create the ultimate ‘clubbing’ experience. Joelle now wants to concentrate on her own releases for the coming years and we can't wait to see what she is capable of.

  • Shane Kehoe

  • 2011 was an excellent year for Shane Kehoe, as he's been kept busy tearing the roofs off some of the best clubs in the world and ripping up dancefloors in all seven continents of the globe from Las Vagas to Hong Kong, Brazil to Berlin the list is endless! Things don't look like they are slowing down either in 2012 with tours planned for South America, Middle East and Europe and warming up for the likes of Fat Boy Slim and Orbital all in pipeline. Irish born Shane Kehoe, now based out of London is one of Ministry of Sound's longest standing official world tour DJ’s. Djing since the mid-nineties he mastered his trade at a young age, wining many competitions/awards for his Djing including a runner-up in Muzik magazines industry renowned "BEDROOM BEDLAM" competition and winner of the "Raw Talent DJ" award in I-DJ magazine. Shane Kehoe has worked constantly to establish himself as an up and coming house DJ, already lifting his profile to DJ alongside the world finest DJ's including Erick Morillo, Pete Tong, Afrojack, Mark Knight, Moby, Deep Dish, Antoine Clamaran, Tom Novy, Silicone Soul and Sander Kleinenberg. To say that he is always busy is an understatement as when he is not out performing he can be found in the studio working under various partnerships which have recently signed tracks to Housexy, Soulheat, and Gung Ho Recordings!   • Nathan C

  • Nathan is an acclaimed Music Producer & DJ from London, UK. Over the last few years his work has been championed by many of the world’s biggest DJ’s including: Tiesto, Pete Tong, Gareth Emery, Funkagenda, Eric Morillo, Axwell, Mark Knight, Chuckie, Roger Sanchez, and Eddie Halliwell. His work has featured on many reputed labels such as Toolroom, Funk Farm, Cr2, Spinnin and Big & Dirty. One of his bigger successes came in 2010 with a Beatport House Top 5 position on his collaboration with Ant Brooks (titled “Arigato”), which was released on Starlight. Also his track with Danny Dove (titled “That Trumpet Track”) on Stealth Records earned a Beatport House Top 20 that same summer. Moving into 2012 Nathan will continue his ascent up the ranks of House music with big releases lined up on Armin van Buuren’s label Armada Music, Funkagenda’s Funk Farm, Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records, as well as In Charge, Maquina Music and Big & Dirty.   • Sheldon

  • Sheldon has become one of the most talked about names on the music scene over the past six months or so. Already being heavily supported by Mark Knight, mau5trap, Michael Woods, Third Party plus many more he is one of the most promising acts coming out of the new generation of DJs. After moving to London in 2007 to study audio engineering, he quickly fell into the London club scene and from his first Toolroom Knights experience knew that he wanted to make his mark on the world of dance music. Spending the next few years producing house music in his spare time and DJing at every opportunity, he found his feet and unique Sheldon style in his productions which is prominent in his tracks today. In 2010, he worked alongside Size’s ‘Third Party’ and co-wrote some of their early tracks including hits ‘Release’ and ‘De-Tune’ before focusing back on his own tracks and releasing under his own name. The last 6 months have been a very busy time for Sheldon, with a release out on Diffused, playing in the main room at Ministry of Sound for deadmau5’s label night and being booked up for festivals over the summer so it is without doubt that this year is his year which will see him explode globally!   • AVSR - Ministry Of Sound Tours Resident

  • As both DJ and Producer, AVSR is one of the fastest growing names in Progressive House & Trance.  AVSR's career started back in 2001 at Club Toxic8 in Cambridge. 13 solid years of successful electronic music production have lead to him DJ’ing the Globe. As a true International DJ, AVSR now offers a unique insight into today’s music across several dance genres, also being the first to play numerous massive hits through his infamous Clockloop Airtraffic radio show in  South Eastern Europe. AVSR has been a key resident in our Ministry of Sound tours acoss Greece and Cyprus. 




  • Patrick Hagenaar

  • As one of the talented group of fast-rising DJ/producers hailing from Holland, Patrick Hagenaar lives by the slogan ‘If it ain’t Dutch, it ain’t much’. Yet he served his musical apprenticeship as resident at some of London’s key venues, meaning his signature sound is inspired by big room Dutch house with a UK flavoured twist of hi octane hooks and devastating melodies.

    His first release, in 2008 (‘What Would We Do’, by Hagenaar & Albrecht), went to the top of the charts across all major download stores and a string of big releases on labels like Atlantic/Big Beat, Spinnin', Hed Kandi, EMI/Positiva and Ministry of Sound followed.

    2010’s ‘I Won’t Let You Down’ was the toast of the dance music press and more recently, Patrick’s solo work saw ‘L.O.V.E’ become the track of the moment for DJs across the very top ends of the spectrum from Tiesto to Axwell to David Guetta and scored a Top 10 on Beatport plus a Nr2 spot in the UK club chart!

    He’s remixed Toni Braxton, Professor Green, US/UK number 1 by Ke$ha, ‘We R Who We R’ and Australian chart topper ‘Dirty Talk’ by Wynter Gordon, while his version of Rudimental’s UK number 1 ‘Feel The Love’ scored over 40 plays on BBC Radio 1.

  • Shane Patrick

  • Ministry of Sound recently announced Irish born, Shane Patrick as its new resident. After moving to London 3 years ago to establish himself as a well known producer and DJ, he has concentrated his time and efforts on pushing his own career as well as touring the world. In 2009, he went on the first ever Ministry of Sound DJ Academy which encouraged him to pursue as a DJ even further. Now with dates up and down the country as well as globally, he is venturing on an exciting 2012 with productions coming out of him left, right and centre plus support from Roger Sanchez already. This year will see Shane’s career move onwards and upwards. Michael Woods and Joe & Will Ask have gone on to big things through being a part of Ministry of Sound, what do you think it takes to be a resident? ‘The Resident is the most important DJ in the club as they can either make or break a night. It is very important to know what to play at different times in the night, if it is a warm-up set then you have to try and fill the floor for the headliner without playing too big but also not lose the crowd by playing too underground. Whereas doing the final set of the night the headliner will have just finished and people in the crowd are thinking about leaving, so it is your job to try and hold the crowd as best you can, so you’ve got to be prepared to change your set if you think you are losing them.’ You describe your sound as main room house, who influences and inspires you? ‘My favourite DJs are Carl Cox, Roger Sanchez and Erick Morillo as every time I have seen these guys play, I have never been disappointed. Daft Punk however are my favourite artists as when I heard their album for the first time it blew my mind as it was such a unique sound. Producers I have been playing a lot of recently are Eric Prydz, Michael Woods, Tommy Trash, Fedde le Grand and Ant brooks.’ Benny Benassi & Friends was the first time that you played at the club, was it the best night you have had at the club? ‘It was incredible having been in the club so many times as a clubber and looking up in awe at the DJ box to finally get a chance to play. It was the most amazing experience of my life. When I got the residency I thought I would be playing in 103 to start with then eventually work my way up, so to play my first set closing the main room on such a big night was a dream come true. I can clearly remember my ultimate favourite night – I remember the date 16th June 2007! I was still living in Ireland at the time and came over for the weekend to go to Wireless festival and as soon as it ended jumped a cab to Ministry of Sound to see Erick Morillo. I didn’t think anything could top my day but Morillo’s set that night was the best that I have ever heard. His last track was Edwards World – Soul Roots and it was the perfect end to the night.’ Press pack To book click here
