Late Night Sessions, as one of Ministry of Sound’s longest standing compilation series, has developed a reputation for delivering cool, laidback vibes for the discerning listener. The 2012 edition is no exception, yet sees the series develop, focusing on a real after-club vibe.

Late Night Sessions is musically strong featuring tracks and remixes by the cream of the underground crop. Starting off with the more accessible grooves rocking afterhours dancefloors from the likes of Maceo Plex, David August, Stimming and Soul Clap, the album then delves into deeper and darker territory with fantastic, and at points spine tingling, chill and electronica from John Tejada, Gui Boratto, Superpitcher and Emika (with the weirdly wonderful ‘Count Backwards’), to name but a few.

Late Night Sessions is the perfect soundtrack to the end of your night and the ultimate listening to lose yourself and drift away.
