Festivals 2016

The Best Student-Friendly Festivals

A good festival is a vital part of any education.

Welcome to the Ministry of Sound festival guide 2016

All this week we're going to be running through a list of our favourite festivals. Today we're kicking off with our favourite student-friendly festivals. All the festivals we'll be looking at this week will have a banging lineup, a great location and an excellent vibe, but to make the cut in the student-friendly category, there were some specific criteria that they needed to fulfil.

Firstly the festival had to be in the UK, secondly the ticket price had to be on the right side of £100 and thirdly the site had to be in the vicinity of a major student hub. It wasn't easy, but we've managed to narrow it down to nine festivals, presented below in chronological order.
