Festival In Argentina Cancelled After Drug Related Deaths

Sad news from Time Warp in Argentina, after reports that six deaths have caused the Buenos Aires festival to close its gates after just two days. Victims were said to be between the ages of 21 and 25, and cause of death was reportedly acute poisoning. The festival started in 2004 in Germany, making its way over to South America three years ago, this year hosting the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Dixon and Henrik Schwarz. Time Warp has issued a statement on its website here.

Skepta Had To Postpone US Tour

Grime don Skepta, has had to postpone his US tour after being denied a work visa by American officials. "Love to everybody that wanted to see me on tour this month, my U.S visa has been denied and I am not allowed in America right now." he wrote on Twitter, before confirming that he intends to return as soon as possible.

Ke$ha Joins Zedd On Stage at Coachella

Zedd has made good on his claim of support for Ke$ha, whose whose legal battle with Sony over claims of sexual abuse by producer Dr Luke has garnered much attention over the last few months. After tweeting that he’d help produce a song for her back in February, Zedd used his set at Coachella to bring out Ke$ha as a guest to sing his track "True Colours".

LCD Soundsytem Made A Triumphant Return

The band's headline slot was their first live performance since 2011 and they didn't disappoint. They played a blistering set featuring all their biggest hits, even managing to squeeze in a cover of Guns N Roses - "November Rain" and a tribute to David Bowie in the form of "Heroes". The closed out with an emotionally charged rendition of "All My Friends".

Disclosure Brought Out Everyone

The Disclosure lads set out to make their second appearance in the valley as memorable as their 2014 outing. And while this time there was no Mary J Blige in their corner, they did mange to bring out Lorde, Sam Smith and AlunaGeorge, not too shabby.
