Legendary vocalist Diane Charlemagne has lost her battle with cancer
The star of tracks like High Contrast's "If We Ever" and Goldie's '"Inner City Life", she was brought up from a house and disco background, having previously lent her lyrics to the likes of Glitterbox favourite Joey Negro and Rhythm Masters.
Coming forward with drum n bass acts like Netsky and London Elektricity in the later part of the noughties, her last bit of work was in 2014 on a track for the Street Child World Cup.
Enjoy some of her classic tracks, and raise a glass to Diane Charlemagne.
