Exclusive!

As promised, the Toolroom knights walked our floors last Saturday and met up with all our VIP’s. With DJ’s such as Mark Knight, Eddie Halliwell, Michael Woods and Mark Storie, it truly was one buzzing set after another. The atmosphere was brilliant and kept the crowd roaring for more.

Refreshing!

Our Magnum Champagnes were popular this weekend as large table bookings were in need of that bottle of bubbly that could get around the whole group. Big bottles are on trend this month and much less fuss! Get involved with our Monster Magnums!

Naughty but Nice!

This weekend, we tried something a little different - VERY NAUGHTY platters for those of you with a sweet tooth ;)

A martini glass of Marshmallows and Love hearts surrounded by strawberry lollipops and haribo sweeties!

Ravin’ Review!

“Just a quick email to say thanks for Friday night.  It was absolutely blinding.  From the very start of arriving and you taking us up to having a table out on the balcony (despite it being rammed), everything was perfect.  Also want to say thanks to our waitress. Of course there's the club itself, but that barely needs a mention as it was epic as expected.  Thanks to all the team etc, and no doubt we will be back for the next big one.  Until then....

Many thanks”

Friday night is already proving to be a popular night with half of our tables sold and excitement stirring for the return of Gareth Emery.

“After opening The Gallery’s 2012 account with such style, Gareth Emery returns by popular demand. Recently marking the milestone third birthday of his influential Garuda label, Guaranteed are the lucid tones of ‘Concrete Angel,’ already having eclipsed the success of its safe haven predecessor.

Saturday Sessions are to launch a new compilation on 14th May and therefore, we celebrate this on the 12th with Kaskade and many more.

“After his performance last year for Roger Sanchez’s Release Yourself night we knew that we had to get Kaskade back into the main room this time however headlining the night with support from someone we are very excited about. Over the last  few years Holland has seemed to produce a lot of talent that has held the scene together with acts like Laidback Luke, Fedde le Grand and Chuckie but now a new generation of artists are creeping through which includes the talented R3hab.”

This night is renowned for the friendly and incredible DJ’s who spend their breaks in our VIP lounge meeting and greeting our VIP tables. As promised, our VIP tables receive free shots upon their arrival and we are now giving out those flavoured Sambucas! Mmmm, what a way to kick off the night! We are stocking up on rum and vodka for this weekend as we know those Anjuna fans love their Havana and Toolroom Knights don’t do it by halves with their bottles of Greygoose!

Naughty but Nice!

As you all know, we have now started dishing out fruit and sweets to our VIP tables. We want to know what you would like to see on those plates. What naughty and nice things would you like on your night out? Let us know on facebook – Ministry VIP.

With Bank holiday weekend creeping up on us this May, we have been working hard to give you the best 3 nighter of your life! With Fridays Gallery being hosted by Anjunabeats in the Box and Anjunadeep in the 103, we are in for some serious clubbing. Not only are we graced with Super8 tab, Myon & Shane 54 and Mike Coglin, but Jaytech has been added in to the mix! VIP is filling up fast and we always look after those Anjuna fans!

Saturday has an almighty takeover from Toolroom Knights:

“The mighty Toolroom Knights returns to Ministry of Sound London this May bank holiday weekend for the launch of Eddie Halliwell’s hugely anticipated Toolroom Knights album, with Eddie lining up alongside Mark Knight and Ministry of Sound Resident Michael Woods for a night of the finest house music.
Heading up proceedings in Ministry of Sound’s world famous Box, club favourite Mark Knight will be laying down another of his epic sets which needs to be heard to be believed! With incredible stage presence, mixing expertise and an almost telepathic ability to read the crowd, Eddie Halliwell is highly regarded as one of the greatest DJ’s of all time, so we can not wait to see this maestro behind the decks, where he is undoubtedly going to lay down some exclusivesfrom his forthcoming Toolroom Knights album. Arguably one of dance music’s hottest properties right now, Michael Woods completes the Box headliners, with further support in the main room coming from Toolroom Knights resident George Andrews.”

And finally, Sunday hosts the brilliant and booming Creche and after party! We are going to be awake from Friday morning to Monday night here at Ministry of Sound and what a jam packed, incredible schedule we have! DO NOT MISS OUT!

Exclusive!

Friday night brought Sister Bliss and W&W to the club. With Graeme Lloyd and Gavyn Mytchel taking to the 103, the bars were pumping and VIP was full of true clubbers. Saturday was a Pryda takeover and Eric Prydz brought a massive fan base to our floors. VIP was fully booked and jumping as our waitresses got the atmosphere going!

Refreshing!

This weekend was full of wine drinkers and as usual, we sold many Greygoose and Belvedere. Don’t forget that you can pre-order your drinks so that they are ready on your arrival! No waiting!

Ace of Spades champagne is still on our shelves and truly is the queen of champagnes.

Ravin’ Review!

Hi Terri,

My friends and I would just like to take this opportunity to say a special thanks to you and your team for an excellent night in the VIP.  Was unsure before coming if it would be the same atmosphere in VIP but we weren’t disappointed!! Had a great night and your team made sure our glasses were never empty!

Already planning our next trip to London and the MOS.

Cheers

Mark.” Reviewer, Mark, 18th April 2012

Friday night brings Hernan back to our floors and all the loyal VIP customers flood back to our tables. Saturday follows suit with Defected:

“Boasting arguably the most influential and varied clubbing landscape in the world, London has been instrumental in the re-popularisation of deep house over the last few years. In celebration of this fact, we’re bringing together one of the original pioneers of the scene in Osunlade with one of its current stars, Noir, as well as Italian duo Supernova.

Not forgetting where it all began however we’ve also dedicated an entire room to house music’s original incarnation, with Dimitri From Paris proudly flying the disco flag alongside Defected founder Simon Dunmore.

A multi-instrumentalist, singer, producer, DJ, painter, photographer and more, Osunlade is an artist in the truest possible sense of the word. His 2011 artist album Pyrography was received positively across the board and spawned one the biggest house records of the year in ‘Envision’. A DJ set from Osunlade is a rare event, and one that once experienced is never forgotten. Defected will shortly be releasing Osunlade In The House, and this event will serve as a preview for that landmark mix.

Exclusive!

This Thursday was taken over by Torture gardens and what a night! Our bartenders were dressed for the occasion in 80s glam and our rooms were transformed into dungeons and cages! For all you fetish fancies, this is the night for you!

Refreshing!

This weekend we sold a few of our ‘espresso martini’s’ to keep you all up and buzzing for our four-nighter here at Ministry of Sound.

Magnum Greygoose and Belvedere were our best sellers this weekend flying out to tables with ice, fruit and mixers. Don’t forget that you can pre-order your drinks so that they are ready on your arrival! No waiting!

Ravin’ Review!

“Hi Terri,

Thanks for the message and also looking after us so well the other night. It's thesecond time we have come to Ministry VIP and absolutely love it and that¹s just as much down to you guys as it is the music/DJ's. Service has been excellent both times we have been and we are already looking at booking another nightsoon (hopefully Dirty Dutch this month for Chuckie) just waiting to see howmany of us there will be. The service is better than we have had at a lot of west end clubs when we book tables and coming to ministry is a very easy experience, right up to the waitress coming out of the club with us to get us a taxi home so we didn't have to queue up. Exceptional service!

Thanks again for looking after us so well, I am a sucker for great service and youguys certainly excelled again!

Hopefully see you again shortly.” Reviewer, Jay, 8th April 2012

Spinnin’ the decks

Spinnin’ the decks this Friday is W&W.

“After a jet propelled rise up last year’s DJ Mag Top 100W&W are now hot Gallery property. Their past visits to South London really stood out for being innovative and incisive. “

And as if they weren’t enough, Saturday brings Eric Prydz to Ministry of Sound! Pryda has managed to sell all of our tables but two, so get in touch ASAP for the last available tables.

“April in general is looking like a pretty immense month at the club with every weekend pulling huge named dj’s out of the bag and Saturday 14th ain’t no different.  It has taken a while for him to get back in the booth but Eric Prydz returns to launch his new album which is due out in May…Whether you are a fan of his earlier stuff or his more recent progression which is reflected in his tracks and sets, there is no doubt that he will make an explosive return to Ministry of Sound. Playing in the box for the first time ever, Jeremy Olander supports prydz as they both take full control of dj booth from 12am til 7.”
