Ministry of Sound Announces Official SW4 Afterparty Feat. UK Debut of Sympho Nypho
(Erick Morillo,Harry Romero & Jose Nunez)
It has only just begun to feel like summer and in the next few weeks it is about to heat up even more as SW4 is just around the corner. London’s favourite festival returns for the August Bank Holiday with one of the biggest line ups in its 9 year run on Clapham Common. Featuring electronic music’s most in demand artists the weekend takeover is the only place in the world to see all of your favourite artists together in one go. But it doesn’t stop there. We can now announce that Ministry of Sound will be hosting the Official Afterparty featuring Sympho Nympho, Michael Woods plus the clubs own residents Nathan C and Patrick Haganaar.
2012 is the year of Sympho Nympho. Last year saw three of the world’s leading artists unite to form what is now to become one of the biggest acts that dance music will have ever seen. Making their Ministry of Sound & UK debut Erick Morillo, Harry Romero & Jose Nunez come to town sampling their unique stance on the electronic scene today; a mix of the deep underground New York rhythm and the popular Dutch sound. Playing for 7 hours in the main room, this is the first time Erick Morillo has returned to the club since his residency back in 2010. Unlike any other djs or producers these guys have taken the current sound that has emerged over the last years from artists such as Chuckie, Nicky Romero and Laidback Luke and added their own twist incorporating their individual styles from the last few decades. In the 103, the ‘Residents’ takeover with head honcho Michael Woods leading the way for the newer signings Patrick Haganaar and Nathan C.
Last year’s after party was an incredible event and one of the clubs 2011 highlights so this event is sure to be just as huge. Kicking off straight after the festival finishes at 11pm there isn’t any other place to be.
