In conjunction with Noise Inc., here at Ministry of Sound we're proud to announce that we've become the first major music brand in the world to launch a bespoke recommendation service for dance music fans.
Within our updated Ministry of Sound mobile app we've launched a music discovery and recommendation tool that covers all subgenres of dance music and is the first of its kind. Through aggregating DJ playlists, record label selections and recommendations, our slick design allows you to virtually 'flick' through the record boxes of your favourite DJs and discover the widest possible spectrum of dance music.
From house to dubstep, trance to techno and much more, simply select a DJ, delve through their record box, listen to their recommended tracks and then explore a huge range of new and historic tracks (by DJ or genre) to preview and/or purchase. Just like the classic record shop experience, but updated for 2012!
You'll find recommendations and music from the biggest DJs in the world - everyone from Laidback Luke, Michael Woods, Fedde le Grand, Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, John Digweed, Paul van Dyk and more - through to the hottest underground up & coming ones to watch. Track information and artist selections will be updated on a weekly basis to ensure that the app is consistently at the forefront of electronic music.
You can also see which DJs are playing forthcoming club nights at Ministry of Sound, buy tickets through the app, have them delivered directly to your phone AND jump the queue when you arrive at the club!
The rest of the Ministry of Sound app has also undergone an overhaul by Noise Inc and now incorporates a cutting edge chromeless design and slicker navigation through Ministry of Sound Club, Tickets, News, Music Downloads, Radio and more.
